The Helix Fossil's final form
The Helix fossil is an inside joke used by the Twitch.tv channel TwitchPlaysPokemon in their playthrough of Pokemon Red. Due to the chat repeatedly selecting the item, it quickly became a joke and a mock religion. The fossil is used to revive the pokemon Omanyte.
